Assessment on the Personnel Satisfaction Index in Terms of Leadership, Management, Job Assignment, and Moral and Welfare of Siquijor Police Provincial Office

Personnel Satisfaction Index is a measure under the learning and growth perspective of SPPO Scorecard with the objective to develop competent, professionally motivated and values oriented PNP personnel which determined the general perception of SPPO personnel in terms of leadership, organizational management, job assignment, and moral and welfare of SPPO.

Assessment Objective

General Objective: To assess the general perception of the SPPO personnel in order to develop competent, professionally motivated and values oriented PNP personnel.

Specific Objectives:

  1. To assess PNP personnel’s perceptions in terms of leadership, organizational management, job assignment, and moral and welfare of SPPO;
  2. To identify problems encountered by the SPPO in developing competent, professionally motivated and values oriented PNP personnel;
  3. To identify measures that can be proposed for the development of a competent, professionally motivated and values oriented PNP personnel; and
  4. To formulate action plan based on the result of the survey.
